Liquor contractors sell liquor only at designated place
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that strict action should be taken against land mafia, liquor mafia, drug operators and sand mafia. Be aware of the harm caused to the general public by activities like chit fund and adulteration and actions should be continued. Due to constant activism timely control over the activities of the people engaged in these works will be possible. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that all liquor vends in the state have been closed by the state government from April 1. Liquor contractors should sell liquor at designated places only, liquor should not be sold at other places. The people engaged in destroying the young generation by doing drug business should be destroyed. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the memorial of Dr. Ambedkar has been built in Mhow by the state government. There was a demand for the construction of Dharamshala in Mhow for a long time. There was no proper arrangement for the stay of Baba Saheb’s followers who reach Mhow in large numbers every year. The state government was trying to arrange the land. Now the No Objection Certificate has been received from the Army for three and a half acres of land. Council of Ministers took M.P. Decision to implement State Millet Mission Scheme

Bhopal.Today, under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the Council of Ministers decided to implement Madhya Pradesh State Millet Mission Scheme in the state. The scheme will be implemented in all the districts through the Director, Farmers' Welfare and Agriculture Development. The duration of the scheme will be of 2 years (2023-24 and 2024-25). In these two years, 23 crore 25 lakh rupees will be spent in the scheme. Improved certified seeds of coarse grains will be provided to the farmers on 80 percent subsidy from cooperative/government institutions. A state level committee will be constituted under the chairmanship of Agriculture Production Commissioner for monitoring the scheme.
The activities of the Millet Mission Scheme will be widely publicised. To promote the production, processing and marketing of millet crops, there will be training programs for farmers and study tours outside the state. Fairs, workshops, seminars, food festivals, road-shows will be organized at district and state level to promote millet.
It is notable that millet grain crops were once at the center of the state's food and drink culture. At present, keeping in view the nutritional importance of these crops, it is necessary to promote them. These crops are often cultivated in less fertile areas. At present, the demand for millet crops is increasing due to increasing health awareness among the consumers. Crops like Kodo, Kutki, Ragi, Sava are very beneficial from the point of view of health. In view of the importance of these millet crops, they have been given the status of nutritious grains. The grains of these crops are rich in iron, calcium, fiber etc. Along with this, the percentage of fat is also less in them, due to which their use by heart patients and diabetes patients has been found safe. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage the cultivation of millet crops among the farmers and to propagate the dishes prepared from millet crops. Kodo-Kutki in Madhya Pradesh, There is ample potential for area expansion, productivity and production growth of jowar and ragi. Along with this, in view of the growing market of millet crops, the possibility of value addition is also very high. In government programs in the state, where food is arranged, a dish of coarse grains will also be kept. Arrangements will be made to use coarse grains in the hostels and mid-day meal once a week.
Approval of amendment related to mandi fee reimbursement on wheat export
The cabinet approved the amendment in the departmental notification on April 7, 2022, regarding reimbursement of market fee on wheat export. According to the amendment, the benefit of reimbursement of market fees will be considered on the notified agricultural produce "wheat" purchased for the purpose of export in any agricultural produce market area of the state. Reimbursement of market fees will be received on the quantity purchased from the payment slip of the notified agricultural produce “Wheat”. Mandi fees will not be reimbursed on notified agricultural commodities bought and sold by traders from other states of the country for commercial purposes. Submission of application for reimbursement of market fees will be mandatory. The amount of mandi fee reimbursement will be borne from the agricultural produce export promotion item of the budget provision of the Mandi Board.

Bhopal.Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Ladli Bahna Yojana is the only scheme of its kind in the world which will empower women. With the expectation of everyone's cooperation, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan announced the approval of Rs 15 crore scheme for drinking water from Narmada river in Rehti. He announced to start PG MA, M.Sc, M.Com classes in Rehti College from this session itself. The Chief Minister also announced setting up of indoor stadium and gym at Rehti and making the road up to Malibaya a four-lane line. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was addressing a huge public on the occasion of Rehti's pride day at Dussehra Maidan on Monday.

Mentioning the positive results of schemes launched for women empowerment, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that today daughters are becoming millionaires and not a burden and the sex ratio has also improved. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan attended the Ladli Bahna Sammelan at Beohari in Shahdol district today. He also distributed bonus worth Rs 51 crore to Tendupatta collectors. Sisters tied rakhi to their dear brother Shivraj, sang songs for him, read out congratulatory letters and expressed thanks. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan laid the foundation stone of Bhanni Major Irrigation Project costing Rs 327 crore 51 lakh. He also released the book "Safal-Sabal Shahdol" of the district administration. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan announced to make Beauhari a mini smart city, to open a college in Ban Sagar from this session, including ring road and bridge construction.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Ladli Bahna Yojana is a social revolution. It will bring respect in the life of sisters and their self-confidence will increase. This plan has been made after a lot of thought. In this, 1000 rupees will be given every month in the account of sisters. Sisters in the age group of 23 to 60 years of families whose annual income is less than 2.5 lakh, land less than 5 acres and do not have a four wheeler will get the benefit of this scheme. Forms will be filled by setting up camps in every ward and village for the scheme. The last date to fill the form is 30 April. If even after this the names are left out, they will also be added. Every eligible sister will get the benefit of the scheme.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that it is necessary to get the KYC of the sisters done in the scheme. For this, the government will give Rs 15 per KYC to those who do KYC. KYC can be done at Ration Shop, Common Service Center and MP Online. For this, if the sister has to go to another village, then the administration will also arrange a vehicle for her. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan clearly said that no sister should give a single rupee to any person. If someone demands then directly complain on 181, that person will be sent to jail.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that I have seen since childhood that complete justice was not done towards daughters. They did not get equal respect as sons in home, family and society. Then I had decided in my mind that I will fight continuously for the respect of daughters. I made the Ladli Laxmi Yojana as soon as I became the Chief Minister. After this, the works for the welfare of sisters and daughters went on with various schemes like Chief Minister Kanya Vivah / Nikah, Gaon Ki Beti and Pratibha Kiran.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that 50 percent reservation has been given to sisters in panchayats and urban bodies in the state. Due to this, they are getting empowered in the political field as well. 30 percent reservation is given to sisters in police recruitment. Moral control has been imposed on drugs in the state. The premises of liquor have been closed.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that after the implementation of the PESA rule, the tribal brothers and sisters have got the rights of water, forest and land in the tribal areas. Now Tendupatta collectors can pluck tendu leaves themselves and sell them. Can operate stone and ballast quarries in their area. Minor disputes are settled by the village peace and dispute resolution committee. Now no one can grab your land.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the previous government did not fulfill the loan waiver announcement, due to which lakhs of farmers became defaulters. Our government is giving crop loans to all those farmers at zero percent interest by paying the amount of interest. Water is being supplied by laying pipelines to the up and down fields of the farmers. To provide better education than private schools, CM Rise Schools are being opened, which are equipped with all facilities like library, laboratory, playground etc. Each CM Rise school is being built at a cost of about 35 crores and buses are being arranged to bring students up to 25 km away.
Forest Minister Kunwar Dr. Vijay Shah said that the all-round development of the state is taking place under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Chouhan. From the birth of a child to the last rites, schemes are being run in the state. Almost all Tendupatta collector sisters will get the benefit of the Ladli Bahna Yojana which was launched recently in the state.

Bhopal.A meeting of the Council of Ministers was held at Mantralaya under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan today. Council of Ministers in the state at 730 P.M. Ratified the establishment of Shree Schools. Maximum 02 schools in each development block of the state (626 in 313 development blocks) and 104 schools in urban bodies of 52 districts, in this way maximum 730 schools have been given P.M. Will be marked as Shree School. One of the identified schools will be run for primary education (Class I to VIII) and one school for higher secondary education. PM The cost of Shree School will be borne by the Center and the State in the ratio of 60:40. All 730 p.m. Annual expenditure of Rs 277 crore 40 lakh will be incurred on Shree schools. Out of which the state share will be Rs 110 crore 96 lakh per year. This project is of 5 years and during this period the expenditure burden of Rs 554 crore 80 lakh will fall on the state government. After 5 years of the scheme, it will be completely operated by the state government.
It is noteworthy that P.M. Shree School will include quality of education, equality and access to education facilities with overall compliance with the provisions of the National Education Policy-2020. These schools will be presented as examples for other schools.

The cabinet has given free government guarantee amount of 29 thousand 400 crores for the period from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, for the procurement of food grains, public distribution system and operation of other government schemes and for meeting the deficit under the support price decentralized scheme in the state. Bhopal.Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that today the name of Nasrullaganj has been changed to Bhairunda. Describing the old name as a historical injustice, he said that our glory has returned after the name change. On Sunday, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan announced the renaming of Nasrullaganj as Bhairunda in the midst of a huge gathering on the pride day of the city. Along with changing the name of Nasrullaganj to Bherunda with a single click, he handed over the gazette notification to Member of Parliament Mr. Ramakant Bhargava and Chairman Municipal Council Mr. Maruti Shishir. The citizens expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for fulfilling their age-old demand and returning the glory again. The enthusiasm of the citizens present in thousands was palpable. Fireworks were also done on this occasion.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan gifted many construction and development works worth more than 80 crore 94 lakhs to the city on Gaurav Divas. These works include bhoomi-pujan of 16 construction works costing Rs 76 crore 25 lakh 51 thousand and inauguration of two construction works worth Rs 4 crore 68 lakh 50 thousand. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also announced Rs 100 crore for the development of Bhairunda Nagar.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that today innumerable works of irrigation, roads, electricity, education etc. have been done in the entire region. A national highway will now be built from Bhairunda at a cost of Rs 350 crore, which will also connect Khategaon, Badnagar and Itarsi. He announced to connect more than two dozen villages of Bhairunda with Seep Amber Lift Irrigation Scheme. Along with this, approval was also given for the construction of barrage in about a dozen villages.
Describing Ladli Bahna Yojana as the best scheme of his tenure, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that this scheme is a scheme for prosperity in poor families as well as empowerment of sisters, increasing their respect and making them self-dependent. He called upon all the eligible sisters to apply for the camp without paying anything.
The Chief Minister said that C.M. Rise School will become a medium of quality education to the children of the poor families of the village. He said that the state government is bearing the cost of education of girls under Ladli Laxmi Yojana. Now Hindi speaking children will also be able to do medical and engineering education in the state and will be able to improve their future. He also announced setting up of a skill park at Bhairunda. The Chief Minister said that apart from recruitment in government jobs, providing employment through self-employment schemes, the Chief Minister Yuva Kaushal Earning Scheme will also be implemented from June. Youth learning work under the scheme will also get Rs 8,000.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that in order to discourage consumption of liquor in the state, all the premises have been closed. Bhopal.Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that social revolution is taking place in Madhya Pradesh for women empowerment. Schemes like Mukhya Mantri Kanya Vivah Yojana, Ladli Laxmi Yojana, 50 percent reservation for women in local elections, reservation in police recruitment, livelihood mission and Sambal are being implemented successfully. Now the Ladli Bahna Yojana has been started, which will not only lead to overall development of women, but will also increase their respect and self-confidence in the society.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was addressing the Ladli Bahna Sammelan at Lanji in Balaghat district today. He distributed benefits under various schemes to the sisters. Initially, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan performed Kanya-Pujan and welcomed the sisters by showering flowers. Sisters presented Rakhi to the Chief Minister. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan handed over a check of Rs 10 lakh to sister Anjali Choure, who runs Didi Cafe under the National Rural Livelihood Mission.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the aim of my life is the welfare of sisters. If there is laughter on the lips of the sisters, then the life of the brother is successful. The respect of women is highest in Madhya Pradesh. Sisters don't tolerate any kind of injustice, your brother is always with you. Don't worry about the marriage of sisters and daughters, Shivraj Mama will get them married.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that before becoming the Chief Minister, my wife and I used to get poor daughters married together. When I became the Chief Minister, I first started the Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah Yojana. The previous government did not give the benefit of this scheme to anyone. Now we have decided that under this scheme a check of Rs 50,000 will be given to the daughters and Rs 6,000 to the organizing body.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that daughters have been made a boon instead of a curse in Madhya Pradesh. In the Ladli Lakshmi Yojana, 30 thousand rupees are deposited in the name of a girl child as soon as she is born, so that she gets funds from time to time for her studies etc. Today there are 44 lakh 50 thousand dear Lakshmi daughters in Madhya Pradesh. The maternal uncle also pays the fees for the education and higher education of the daughters.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that today a large number of sisters are representing in the Panchayats. They have got political empowerment. In Madhya Pradesh, 50 percent seats in panchayats have been reserved for sisters. Women are also being given reservation in police recruitment. Self-help groups of women are formed by the Rural and Urban Livelihood Mission and financial and other assistance is provided to them for various activities. Due to this their economic and social empowerment is taking place. At the same time, their self-confidence is increasing.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that ever since he became the Chief Minister this time, the thought was constantly coming in his mind as to what gift he should give to the sisters. I thought of giving gifts to sisters not once but every month. Last January 28 at 4 am the concept of Ladli Bahna Yojana came to my mind and I decided that every month I will put 1000 rupees in the account of poor and lower middle class sisters. The benefit of Ladli Bahna Yojana will be given to all those sisters whose family's annual income is less than two and a half lakh rupees. Sisters will not have to give any income certificate for this. Just a form has to be filled, which our employees will come to your village/locality and get it filled. Along with this, they will also get your e-KYC done.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the filling of forms for Ladli Bahna Yojana will start from March 25, which will continue till April 30. Money will start coming into the accounts of the sisters from coming 10th June. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan clearly said that there is no need to give any amount to the sisters to take advantage of the scheme. In each case for e-KYC, the government will give Rs 15 to the organization doing KYC. If any person demands any amount from the sisters, then complain about it immediately on 181, action will be taken against that person. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that women should play their part in the implementation of the scheme by joining the “Ladli Bahna Sena”. The Chief Minister called upon to raise voice against domestic violence, social evils and injustice. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that from coming April 1, all liquor vends will be closed in the state.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan discussed with the Archaeological Survey Department on the demand of former MLA Shri Ramesh Bhatere and talked about the restoration of the Koteshwar temple in Lanji. He announced the sanction of necessary amount for the work of canals of Kharadi and Bagh irrigation project and development of Nagar Parishad Lanji. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan visited the development exhibition.

Bhopal.Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has felicitated Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for setting up "PM Mitra" Mega Integrated Textile Park in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that this decision of the Prime Minister is to promote investment in the textile sector and generate employment. Will prove helpful in creating many opportunities.
Many states have shown interest in setting up PM Mitra Park and have given their proposals to the Ministry of Textiles. The list of selected states has been announced on 17 March 2023 after a year long evaluation, discussion and information sharing. Madhya Pradesh is also included in the 7 states selected for setting up PM Mitra Park. The PM Mitra sites were selected by the Central Government through a challenge method.
PM Mitra Park Scheme
The Union Ministry of Textiles had launched the PM Mitra Park Scheme worth Rs 4,445 crore to set up 7 Mega Integrated Textile Region and Apparel (PM Mitra) Parks. The objective of the scheme is to develop integrated large scale and modern industrial infrastructure facilities for the entire value chain of the textile industry. The scheme is inspired by the Prime Minister's 5-F vision - from Farm to Fiber, from Fiber to Factory, from Factory to Fashion and from Fashion to Foreign. It aspires to fulfill the vision of building a 'Self-reliant India' and firmly establish India on the global textile map.
The Madhya Pradesh government is keen to set up an integrated large-scale textile and apparel park over 1,000 acres of land parcel with world-class industrial infrastructure, which will attract state-of-the-art technology. Along with this, FDI and local investment will be promoted in the textile sector.
The park is planned to be developed with all basic infrastructure facilities like internal roads, power distribution infrastructure, water and waste water treatment plants, plug and play infrastructure development, factory sites, incubation centres, etc. The park will also include ancillary facilities, including a common pretreatment unit, common effluent treatment plant (CETP), workers' hostels and housing (especially for women workers), health facilities, training and skill development, storage, logistics etc.
The proposed park with integrated textile value chain at one place will reduce the logistics cost of the industry and improve the competitiveness of the entire value chain of textile and apparel industry in the state. Employment generation will get a boost from this park, which will provide employment to one lakh direct and 2 lakh indirect people. The Central Government will support the establishment of the proposed park in the form of 'Development Capital Support' (DCS) of Rs 500 crore (Rs 300 crore + Rs 200 crore) in 2 phases.
In order to encourage the manufacturing units to be set up soon in the proposed PM Mitra Park, a provision has been made to give Rs 300 crore per park in 'Competitive Incentive Assistance' (CIS). The unit set up in the park will be provided incentive up to 3 per cent of the total sales turnover. The benefit will be available on First Come-First Serve basis subject to the prescribed conditions.
The eco-system for the textile and apparel sector is well developed in Madhya Pradesh. The state has good availability of raw materials (such as cotton, silk and man-made fibers) and a progressive textile policy framework. The state has attracted investors in this sector from across the country. Madhya Pradesh produces cotton, it also has ginning and spinning units to convert cotton into yarn, which is converted into cloth. Presently the state also has apparel units. The units in the state export cotton, yarn and garments. In this way, Madhya Pradesh fulfills the 5-F vision of Prime Minister Shri Modi. PM Mitra Park will further strengthen the development of textile and apparel industry in Madhya Pradesh, which will provide employment and prosperity to the people here.
Madhya Pradesh has received the maximum investment of Rs 3,513 crore in the central government's Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme for the textile sector. PM Mitra Park Yojana will provide an excellent opportunity to fulfill the vision of 'Make in India' and 'Make for the World'.
More than 5 lakh beneficiaries benefited under Chief Minister's Kanya Vivah Yojana

Bhopal.Social Justice and Disabled Empowerment Minister Mr. Premsingh Patel said that more than 5 lakh 33 thousand beneficiaries have been benefited so far under the Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah Yojana. Rs 1283 crore was spent by the state government on this. 55 thousand beneficiaries have got benefits under Chief Minister Nikah Yojana.
Mr. Patel gave this information today in the meeting of the Consultative Committee of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. Committee members MLA Mr. Sitaram, Mr. Vijay Raghavendra Singh, Ms. Chandrabhaga Kirade and Divisional Commissioner Mr. E. Ramesh Kumar were present.
Minister Shri Patel instructed to distribute assistive devices to maximum number of Divyangjans by organizing district level camps in rural areas. In the meeting, the issue of increasing the pension amount of Divyangjan was also discussed. It was informed that UPID cards are being given to all Divyangjans. Similarly, 611 identity certificates have been given to transgenders.

Along with this, 100 percent implementation of government schemes should be ensured in Sheopur. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that our government is dedicated for the welfare and development of the poor. Hues of development can be witnessed on the land of Sheopur on Rang Panchami. After the arrival of cheetahs, the national highway, broad gauge rail, and the gift of a medical college in Sheopur are creating a new history of development. There will never be any shortage of funds for the progress of backward districts like Sheopur.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan took part in the foundation laying of Rs 768 crore Medical College building, Munjhari Major Irrigation Project, Premsar-Rinikheda Mudhla Marg and CM Rise Government Model Higher Secondary School building and dedication of development works worth Rs 245 crore 41 lakhs in Sheopur today. The Chief Minister also dedicated the Chambal Micro Irrigation Project costing Rs 167 crore 58 lakhs. During this programme, the women of Sheopur presented a 51 feet long rakhi to Chief Minister Shri Chouhan for implementing Ladli Bahna Yojana in the state. CM Shri Chouhan also announced to establish a college in Baroda.

Ladli Bahna will make the life of women easier, happy, and dignified
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has said that if women are empowered then the family and society will be empowered. We aim to make the life of women simple and pleasant. Women should not have any difficulty with their small needs and money requirement, therefore arrangements have been made to provide them with Rs 1000 every month in Ladli Bahna Yojana. Women belonging to families whose annual income is less than Rs two and a half lakh, and who have less than 5 acres of land, will be eligible for the scheme. Applications can be made in the scheme from 25 March to 30 April. An income certificate and domicile certificate will not be required to apply. Only self-declared income will be considered. The applications will be scrutinized in May and the first installment will be deposited in the bank accounts of the women on the 10th of June. Every month Rs 1000 thousand will be deposited in the accounts of the women. Women do not need to go anywhere to apply for the scheme. Camps will be organised in every village and ward. Government employees and workers will be given the responsibility to assist in filling out the application. Women should not fall prey to any middlemen a to take advantage of the scheme. In case of any difficulty, information should be given on phone number 181. Those who engaged in irregularities will not be spared. Providing this amount to women will result in the welfare of the entire family. Women will spend this amount on the nutrition, education and health of the family. This scheme has been started for the self-esteem and self-respect of women.
Youth will get opportunity to earn while learning in Skill Apprenticeship Scheme
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that keeping in view the interest of the women, the premises adjacent to liquor shops are being closed from April 1. The state government has made a provision of Rs 8 thousand crore in the budget to provide houses to the poor families. Along with this, special arrangements have been made in the budget to pay the interest on the loans of the defaulter farmers. The process of recruitment on one lakh 24 thousand government posts is in progress. Under the Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana, one lakh youth are being linked with various enterprises. Along with this, Mukhyamantri Kaushal Apprenticeship Yojana is being launched to provide opportunity to the youth to earn while learning, in which the youth will be linked to factories and institutions to learn various skills. Rs one lakh will be made available to the selected youth.
Irrigation projects will prove to be a boon for Sheopur
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that instructions will be issued soon for the necessary survey for arrangements to irrigate four districts by constructing 6 dams on the Kuno river. Along with this, efforts will be made to include villages left out of irrigation facility under Chambal Micro Irrigation Scheme. Dedication of Chambal Micro Irrigation Scheme and construction of Munjhari Dam will prove to be a boon for Sheopur.
Union Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister Shri Narendra Singh Tomar said that today is a historic day for Sheopur. Sheopur is a remote and backward district, but under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Chouhan, the sectors of roads, electrification, irrigation, health and education have expanded. Sheopur district is now being recognised as a leading district. He said that no one had thought that there would be a medical college in Sheopur. Today Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has laid the foundation stone of the college building. He said that I would like to thank the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for providing an amount of Rs. 258 crore to Sheopur for the medical college. Now there will be no shortage of specialist doctors in Sheopur. People will not need to go to Gwalior, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Jaipur and Bandra for treatment. Sheopur will now become a factory for preparing doctors. The doctors who graduate from here will render their services in the country.
Union Minister Shri Tomar thanked Chief Minister Shri Chouhan for the Munjhari Dam. He said that this dam was approved in 2017 itself and its tender was also done. He said that 12 thousand hectare land will be irrigated with the Chambal Micro Irrigation Project costing Rs. 167 crore 50 lakh. In the series of dams to be built on the Kuno river, work will also be done on the Shrimant Madhavrao Scindia Major Irrigation Project. Sheopur, Gwalior, Morena, Bhind, Guna and other districts will be benefited from this project.

He said that the day of Rangpanchami is unforgettable for Sheopur. Today, for the development of Sheopur district, development works worth more than one thousand crore rupees have been dedicated and bhoomi pujan has been done. Today, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has given two big gifts to Anna Datas in the field of irrigation. While one has been dedicated, the bhoomi pujan ceremony of the other has been performed, this will change the fate and picture of the region. Referring to the development of Sheopur and his association, Union Minister Shri Scindia said that Shrimant Madho Maharaj had given the facility of narrow gauge train to Sheopur 100 years ago along with Avada Dam. With changing requirements and expectations, at present this area is being connected with broad gauge rail through joint efforts of Union Minister Shri Tomar. In the first phase, Gwalior to Sheopur will be connected in the broad gauge rail project and in the second phase from Sheopur to Kota will be connected. The work of first phase is in progress.

Water Resources Minister Shri Tulsiram Silavat has said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Chouhan, there has been a revolution in the field of irrigation in the state. Ladli Bahna Yojana is a great Yagya to increase the respect of sisters: CM Shri Chouhan
Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Ladli Bahna Yojana is a scheme that came out of my heart. If the sisters are strong then the family, society, state and country will be strong. The aim of my life is to make the life of sisters simple and pleasant. Sisters should not be troubled for their minor financial requirement, therefore arrangements have been made in the scheme to provide one thousand rupees to each sister every month. Sisters between the age group of 23 to 60 of families whose anual income is less than 2.5 lakh rupees, who have less than 5 acres of land and who do not have any income tax payer, are eligible for the scheme. Family in the scheme means husband, wife and children. By providing this amount to the sisters, along with the sisters, the entire family will also be benefited. Applications for the scheme will be filled from March 25 to April 30. The applications will be scrutinized in the month of May and the first installment will be deposited in the bank accounts of the sisters on 10th June. Those sisters who do not have bank accounts will also be helped to open their accounts. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was inaugurating the Ladli Bahna Yojana in a huge convention organised at Jamboree Maidan in Bhopal. All the villages and wards of the state were connected virtually with the programme.
Mother, sister, daughter have always been respected in our country
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that special arrangements have been made by the state government to ensure that women do not face any problem in the implementation of the scheme. Mother, sister and daughter have always been respected in our country. Daughters and sisters are considered as Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati in our place. Even in taking the names of deities and gods, the names of Lakshmi ji and Sita ji are taken first. That means woman is first. Over time, circumstances changed and women became victims of discrimination.
Successful implementation of schemes for sisters and daughters made my chief ministership meaningful
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that seeing discrimination against sisters and daughters, I used to feel pain since childhood. Along with being active in public life, it has been my endeavor that the daughter should not be considered a burden but a boon. As a result, as soon as I became an MLA, I started getting daughters married with the help of my colleagues and as soon as I became the Chief Minister, the first girl marriage plan was made and its implementation was ensured. It was my vow that the daughter born on the land of Madhya Pradesh should be a millionaire. With this pledge, the Ladli Laxmi Yojana took a concrete form. After this, arrangements were made for books, uniforms, cycles etc. to help the daughters in their studies. In order to enable the laborer sisters to take rest after the birth of son and daughter, arrangements have been made to give Rs. 4,000 before the birth and Rs. 12,000 after the birth of the child under the Sambal Yojana. Gaon Ki Beti, Pratibha Kiran and Prasuti Sahayata Yojana were made for the sisters. It was my dream to provide equal opportunities for progress to sisters and daughters. Successful implementation of these schemes made my becoming Chief Minister meaningful.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan inaugurated the program by honoring the sisters
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan welcomed the sisters who came to participate in the launch program of Ladli Bahna Yojana by showering flowers. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan inaugurated the program by lighting a lamp while honoring girls and sisters. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that all programs in the state are inaugurated with Kanya Pujan. I see the form of Goddess Durga, Saraswati and Lakshmi in my sisters. Today's program is being started by honoring the sisters. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan honored the women by presenting them shawl and nutritional porridge. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was felicitated by the sisters by presenting tilak, quince, shawl, aarti, sweets and bouquets and felicitation letter was read out in his honour.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan himself filled the application of the scheme and gave the acknowledgment
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan released the logo, theme song and brochure of Ladli Bahna Yojana by pressing the button of remote and launched a short film made on the application process of the scheme. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan himself filled the application of sister Kavita for the purpose of informing the sisters about the process of applying in the scheme. In this process, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan told that the Samagra ID number and Aadhaar number are necessary for the application. Native and income certificate etc. are not required. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan got the application of sister Kavita and also gave her a receipt. Mrs. Manisha Rackwar, who came to the program, expressed her views regarding Ladli Bahna Yojana. A dance drama was also presented based on the scheme.
Camps will be organized in every village and ward for application
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Ladli Bahna Yojana is a great yagya to increase the respect of sisters. Sisters do not need to go anywhere to apply for the scheme. Camps will be organized in every village and every ward and staff will be given the responsibility to help in filling the applications. Information about camps in wards of rural and urban areas will be given in advance. Sisters, don't fall in the trap of any middleman and broker to take advantage of the scheme. Ladli Bahna Sena" will be formed for the protection of sisters
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the state government is determined to provide security, respect and all opportunities for progress to sisters and daughters. Strict action is being taken against those who harass sisters and daughters. In this sequence, the premises near the liquor shop have been closed. Taking the next step towards women empowerment, Ladli Bahna Sena will also be formed for the protection of sisters and daughters. E-scooty will be made available to the girl child who comes first in the government school in Class 12th. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan resolved all to actively participate in the process of progress and development of all sisters and daughters.
